Boarding Services
While you're on vacation, why can't your pet be as well? Sundance Kennels is the ideal place to give your dog some rest and relaxation while you're doing the same.
Sundance Kennels offers clean, modern boarding facilities. We have a full time staff dedicated solely to your pets physical and emotional well being. Special exercise and playtime programs are available as well.
Sundance Kennels was established in 1980, and since that time Lee & Mary Sienkowski and daughter Stacey have enjoyed a reputation for providing quality pet care in a friendly, caring environment.
Our eight acre facility features heated, air conditioned, indoor/outdoor kennel runs. Our five acre fenced field allows your pet to run and play, or enjoy a leisurely trail walk. Special needs /geriatric pets welcome. We're open for inspection any time during business hours, no appointment necessary. Drop in for a visit any time!
Pet Boarding
Spacious, modern, indoor-outdoor kennel runs, giving your pet the freedom of choice to be in or out during daylight hours. All pets are closed in to a heated/air conditioned inside sleeping area after dark. A raised sleeping platform and blanket are provided for every pet.
Dog Boarding:
$40 per night per dog
$35 per night per dog (two dogs in the same kennel run: )
Medication:
$1 per time administered
There will be a $25.00 per pet charge for pickups/dropoffs 30 minutes before or after our regular hours. Arrangements must be made in advance, and are at our discretion.
THERE WILL BE ABSOLUTELY NO DROPOFFS OR PICKUPS OUTSIDE OF THE HOURS LISTED ABOVE, INCLUDING HOLIDAYS. CUSTOMERS STOPPING BY TO ATTEMPT TO PICK UP DURING OFF HOURS OR HOLIDAYS WILL BE ASKED TO RETURN DURING REGULAR HOURS.
Special Care Packages
“Cuddle Time” Some pets experience separation anxiety or simply miss being with their families while boarding. Cuddle time involves your pet being brought in to a quiet area and experiencing one on one time with a staff member for brushing, belly rubs, ear scratching, whatever it takes to make your pet feel more at home.
Cost: $8.00 session.
"Playtime" involves 20 minutes per session in our 5 acre fenced field, with balls, frisbees, or whatever playful interests your pet may have. This service can be custom tailored to fit your pets individual needs.
Cost: $7 per session
"Trail Walk" is a leisurely walk around the perimeter of our property. Your pet will be on a long, 30 ft. lead , and have the opportunity to experience the various sights and smells in our fields. "Treat Stations" along the way provide for healthy snacks and a fresh drink of water.
Cost: $8 per session
"Walks" involve 3 on lead short walks over the course of the day. Designed for older pets, or those who are reluctant to relieve themselves in the kennel run.
Cost: $5 per 3 walk
Obedience Training
One month program or daily/weekly training to coincide with boarding. Our one month, in house training course focuses on the basic commands: "heel", "sit", "stay". "down", and "come". We also discourage play biting and jumping up. The end result is a confident, manageable pet.
Cost: $1500 - 1 Month Program
Cost: $750 - 2 Week Program (this abbreviated program covers Heel, Come, Play Biting, Jumping Up)
Bathing & Brushing
Bathing, brushing, medicated baths, flea control. Scheduled by appointment or to coincide with boarding.
Policies
- Boarding reservations may be made in advance by phone or e-mail. Subject to availability.
- Vaccinations required: Dogs Rabies, DA2PP, Bordetella. Proof required.
- We feed a quality dry dog food and have canned food on hand for picky eaters. If you choose to bring your own food, we ask that it be individually portioned.
- We provide a raised bed and comfortable bedding, but whatever you may choose to bring from home is fine. Beds, blankets, toys, treats etc. We prefer to use our own feeding dishes.
RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY
PLEASE READ ALL OF THESE IMPORTANT POLICIES BEFORE ADMITTING YOUR PET
ALL RESERVATIONS MUST BE SECURED BY A VALID CREDIT CARD
We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or reservation schedule changes. When we are unable to re-book the space that is reserved for your dog due to inadequate notice we will charge your credit card a $50.00 cancellation fee for each run reserved. Clients that fail to provide us with at least 24 hours notice for early pick-ups will be charged for the entire scheduled reservation.
PREMIUM DATE AND HOLIDAY CANCELLATION POLICY
Clients that cancel holiday reservations or premium date reservatiions with less than 72 hours notice will be charged for the entire booked reservation
